Karen was incredible - positive energy and kindness showed through from the moment we met her. Our dog, Biscuit, felt at home with her immediately and seems to have thoroughly enjoyed his stay. Karen took excellent care of him (including dealing with his finicky eating habits and medications). She kept us updated with photos and texts of our guy lounging, playing, and cuddling. My two cats are typically shy with humans, but when Karen arrived to meet them for the first time she got right down to floor level and began talking to them. Within moments, the cats moved in close and readily accepted her affection. Karen's big heart is felt by both me and the cats, and I know they are in the best of care when I am away. Karen has watched my kitties this summer over weekends away and week-long trips for work. She is a gem and I highly recommend Ruff 'n' Tumble for dogs...and CATS!

Karen is the best there is. She just spent the weekend with our precious pooches and their cousins...4 dogs in total...and we came home to 4 very happy and well-cared dogs. She texted pictures and updates throughout the weekend which kept us smiling. When we first met Karen it was obvious that she was a caring professional. She is doing what she loves which can be seen in the wagging tales! There is no doubt that we will have Karen care for our dogs again!! Highly recommend Karen! She took such great care of our puppy, Archie, for a whole week, while we were away. Although I was nervous to leave him, I knew he was in great hands. She checked in, and sent me pics, multiple times every day. You can tell she really loves her job and takes it seriously. Just knowing Archie was safe in his own home, with Karen there (she spent 6 nights at our house), made our trip much more enjoyable. She left the house in better condition than we had left it, and made sure we weren't delayed getting home. We will definitely be using Ruff 'n' Tumble again, and feel very lucky to have found her!

Karen looked after our two cats for two weeks and we were extremely pleased with the care they got. One of our cats is very skittish and usually disappears when someone comes to the door, but he never hid from Karen and even let her pet him after a few days! I highly recommend her services.

Before I adopted my dog Scout, Karen was his foster mom. Scout came to us well taken care of, well trained and very well loved. Karen does everything she can with a local rescue and is great with all the dogs. Should I ever need to leave my dog with someone for an extended period of time, Karen is the first person I call!

We used Karen while we were out of town to care for our dog and 5 cats using her overnight services. Karen did an amazing job. She checked in with us daily to let us know how the crew was doing. What made us even happier is how Karen went above and beyond. She took our pup to her home so he could play with her dog during the day rather than leave him while she did errands. When we walked in the door, not only did she vacuum the entire house but the pets almost seemed disappointed that is was us that walked in and not Karen!! We also appreciated the fact that she wanted to be sure that our travels were running smoothly as to not leave the crew if we were delayed. It was a great experience overall and we now call Karen our "go-to" pet sitter and recommend her to everyone!!! Our crew thanks her and can't wait to see her again!!!

Karen is a wonderful person, both my 14-year-old Carin Terrier and I liked her very much! She is warm and caring and gives good belly rubs (to my dog, not me!). Karen is polite and punctual and I felt completely comfortable having her stay in my house and take care of my dog. She was very capable of administering my dog's medication and took direction very well. I would recommend her without hesitation. We can't wait for her to come back!
